After finalizing the theoretical blueprint with our R&D team, we continue to design it using 3D modeling and CAD/CAM

Then comes the prototyping phase in which we create a prototype of the design and subject it to functionality tests. If it passes these rigorous tests only when we deem it fit for the mass production or else continue to improve the design. The prototypes are subjected to mechanical testing including static, fatigue, wear test, and torsion to calculate the performance of the implants.
